Fine Bar Tech has installed mainly machines attached importance to manufacturing rolls and shafts.
General purpose lathes are adequate for simple forms or single part production. On the other hand, NC lathes are adequate for complex forms or mass production.
Long and narrow products constitute the majority of our products, since we started our business with manufacturing screws used in injection molding machines. In late years we have made a strong effort to manufacture rolls with a combination of technologies acquired in manufacturing screws, such as extending metals and bend curing.
Rolls and shafts manufactured by us have been used in various areas and highly esteemed.
